Marcin Maculewicz is a seasoned strategic and operational consultant, venture capital investor, entrepreneur, and active advisor to several startups. He specializes in crafting growth strategies, executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and supporting post-merger transformations.

With over 10 years of consulting experience, Marcin has worked with clients across diverse industries to solve complex business challenges and achieve strategic objectives. His career, including time at KPMG and as an independent consultant, spans over 40 projects in areas such as strategy development, market expansion, operational improvement, and organizational restructuring. Some of these projects are showcased here.

He also worked at the family office of Robert Kamiński, a billionaire and founder of Kamis, a leading Polish food company. As an investor, Marcin focused primarily on deep tech investments, successfully building a portfolio across six countries. His role extended beyond providing capital - he actively supported portfolio companies in developing fundraising strategies and navigating financial processes. Notable investments include KarmaCheck (founded by LinkedIn cofounder), Fido Tech, Secfense, Augmented Robotics, Move AI, RespoVision, Tenyks (YCombinator alumni), Trusted Twin, KIT-AR, RoomPriceGenie, Avatronics, and EyeVi Technologies.

In parallel, Marcin founded Recruiter2.0, a company offering an innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that automated the evaluation of candidates' experience against job requirements, optimizing the recruitment process after applications are submitted.

Additionally, he co-organized the HR Tech Meetup, an event designed to connect founders of HR tech startups with HR professionals.

Marcin holds dual master’s degrees: one in law, economics, and management from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon III, and another in engineering from the Technical University of Lodz.
