Marcin Maculewicz is a senior strategy and M&A consultant, venture capital investor, and executive.

His career spans 50+ projects across product launches, market expansion, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations, including work at KPMG. He has worked across media, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services. Selected projects are presented here.

Marcin also worked at the family office of a Polish billionaire, the founder of Kamis, a leading food company in Central Europe. As an investor, he built a SaaS and deep tech portfolio in six countries, including KarmaCheck (founded by LinkedIn cofounder), Fido Tech, Secfense, Augmented Robotics, Move AI, RespoVision, Vestigit, Tenyks (Y Combinator alumni), Trusted Twin, KIT-AR, RoomPriceGenie, Avatronics, and EyeVi.

In parallel, Marcin founded and served as CEO of Recruiter2.0, and held C-level roles at Adspective and Klaims.

He holds dual master’s degrees in law, economics, and management (Jean Moulin Lyon III University) and engineering (Lodz University of Technology). He has been a member of Mensa since 2021.
