Marcin Maculewicz is a finance and strategy advisor with a background spanning consulting, investing, and operating roles.
He spent 8 years at KPMG and later worked independently on projects covering strategy, M&A, financial modelling, transaction readiness, financial cleanup, and post-merger situations. His experience includes work for corporates, founders, investors, and private equity-backed businesses across media, telecom, healthcare, energy, and financial services.
He also worked at the private investment platform of Robert Kamiński, founder of Kamis, where he supported 13 investments across Europe and the US. His role combined investment execution with portfolio monitoring, reporting, value creation, interim operational support, and selected M&A and integration work within the portfolio.
He also built and ran his own software company, which gave him first-hand experience of the pressures and trade-offs faced by operators and founders.
He holds dual master's degrees from Jean Moulin Lyon III University and Lodz University of Technology.
